Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a Senior Site Manager to take full day-to-day ownership of live schemes from groundworks to handover in Berkshire/Thames Valley. You will lead safety, quality and subcontractor coordination on high-spec refurbishments and new builds.

The role requires a proven lead on multi-million schemes, SMSTS, CSCS Black/Gold, and First Aid, with strong client liaison skills and a hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• Experience as No. 1 Site Manager or Senior Site Manager leading schemes from groundworks to handover.
• Background in education, commercial D&B, civic builds, or heritage/restoration sectors.

Responsibilities

• Full Site Ownership: drive programmes, RAMS, inductions, and sub-contractor coordination.
• Quality & Finishes: maintain high-spec finishes and architectural packages.
• Client & Stakeholder Liaison: act as the on-site face with heads, authorities, and clients.
• H&S Leadership: uphold strict health & safety standards and site logistics.
