Randstad CPE is recruiting a Site Manager for a specialised Cut & Carve residential conversion near Farnham. You will lead a technically challenging internal reconfiguration of a 1930s ex-MOD building into 33 high-end apartments, with a strong emphasis on refurbishment and precision.

The role operates within a close-knit team led by the Managing Director, delivering budget-conscious results. You will oversee up to 30 on-site staff, manage the on-site programme via ASTA, and ensure quality,

Qualifications

• Requires solid builder/refurbishment background.
• Experience in structural alterations or high-end conversions.
• Demonstrated commercial awareness and cost-control skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site operations for a historic 1930s ex-MOD conversion into 33 high-end apartments.
• Manage up to 30 on-site personnel at peak and ensure schedule adherence.
• Maintain tight cost control and effective call-offs/material management with the MD.
• Coordinate with the MD and project team, focusing on refurbishment details and risk mitigation.
