4 day week (Friday-Monday)

An extra day off each week (for the same pay as a 5 day week) and quiet golf courses, bike trails, shopping centres etc.

A respected prime residential contractor is seeking an experienced Site or Project Manager to oversee the weekend shift (Friday-Monday) on a grand country house refurbishment in Surrey.

This is a long term project involving extensive works to listed buildings, structural works and ultra high spec interiors finishes.

You will be part of a large site team, with numerous managers for various sections and packages of work.

The Role

• Managing delivery of designated phases from inception to completion
• Leading subcontractors, site teams, and consultants
• Ensuring programme and quality targets are met

Requirements

• Please note that applicants are required to have extensive experience of delivering super prime residential projects with a main contractor, construction management contractor or developer
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Strong technical understanding of luxury finishes and detailing
