Job summary

Cotech Building Careers is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead on-site activities for a niche development of about 60 traditionally built family homes in Surrey and the surrounding region.

Reporting to a Contracts Manager, you will manage site safety, quality, and progress across a three-year phased programme, ensuring a high-end finish and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Recent and substantial site management experience on residential builds.
Strong focus on quality and snag-free delivery.
Ability to lead on-site teams and coordinate with subcontractors.

Responsibilities

Oversee all on-site activities for a development of ~60 homes.
Ensure high-quality finishes and snag-free handovers.
Coordinate with Contracts Manager and subcontractors to maintain schedule.

Job description

Looking to move to a more Niche developer? We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a small team developing traditionally built homes across Surrey, South London and the surrounding region. Reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager you will be responsible for all on site activity on this development of circa 60 high quality traditionally built family homes.

The company pride itself on quality, and the site will run as a phased development over three years. A quality build process, with high end finishes and a "snag free" culture drive the company ethos and value, creating happy end clients, and a profitable business model.

We are seeking applicants from quality home builders, who have experience of the desire to deliver quality, but have maybe been held back by the need for fast pace and volume.
