Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site activities from project start through to completion and handover.
• Lead subcontractors, direct labour and suppliers to maintain programme and quality.
• Ensure health & safety compliance during site operations.
• Control site logistics, sequencing and short-term programmes
• Maintain full health & safety compliance including toolbox talks and site inspections
• Liaise with Project Managers, clients, architects and consultants
• Monitor progress and resolve site issues efficiently
• Manage snagging, commissioning and final handover stages
• Plan materials, labour and resources effectively

You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to exceptional quality standards expected within the prime residential sector.

Essential Qualifications
