Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Surrey is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a converted 1930s ex-MOD building into 33 high-end apartments across three blocks, with a tight local site team.

You will oversee internal works, manage up to 30 operatives, control costs and materials, and report directly to the Managing Director. The role offers a £65,000 all-in salary plus a completion bonus and a two-stage interview process.

Qualifications

• Experience as Site Manager on refurbishment projects.
• Background in structural alterations or high-end conversions.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal strip-out and restructuring for 33 high-end apartments.
• Manage up to 30 staff on-site at peak and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Maintain cost control, call-offs, and material management; report to MD.
