Job summary

RTL Group Ltd on a residential groundworks site in Drayton is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, coordinating site teams and subcontractors across a busy residential package.

You will ensure works are delivered safely, to programme and to the required standard, with SMSTS and CSCS essential, strong leadership and communication, and a focus on quality and compliance on site.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join an established groundworks contractor on a residential groundworks package in Drayton.

This is a long-term opportunity, with further residential groundworks projects available for the right candidate following completion of the current scheme.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day residential groundworks activities.
• Coordinate site teams, labour and subcontractors.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, to programme and to the required standard.
• Monitor progress, quality and Health & Safety.
• Liaise with engineers and the wider project team.
• Coordinate labour, plant and materials.
• Resolve any site issues and maintain programme.

Requirements

• Previous Site Manager experience within groundworks.
• Strong residential groundworks background.
• SMSTS - Essential.
• CSCS Card - Essential.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Additional relevant tickets are advantageous.
