Job summary

RTL Group Ltd is currently recruiting an experienced Site Manager to lead a groundworks package in the Bracknell area. You will oversee day-to-day site activities, coordinate labour and subcontractors, and ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required standard.

Applicants should have strong groundworks background, SMSTS and CSCS, plus excellent communication and leadership skills. This long-term contract offers an engaging pathway with ongoing work and prompt interviews.

• SMSTS and CSCS essential.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join an established groundworks contractor on a groundworks package in the Bracknell area.

This is a long-term opportunity with further work available for the right candidate, offering the chance to build a strong ongoing relationship with a busy contractor.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day groundworks activities.
• Coordinate site teams, labour and subcontractors.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, to programme and to the required standard.
• Monitor progress, quality and Health & Safety.
• Liaise with engineers and the wider project team.
• Coordinate labour, plant and materials.
• Resolve site issues and maintain programme.

Requirements

• Previous Site Manager experience within groundworks.
• Strong groundworks background.
• SMSTS - Essential.
• CSCS - Essential.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Additional relevant tickets are advantageous.
