Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London are recruiting a Site Manager for a 400k spa fit-out on a project in South London. You will oversee closing out the fit-out, final finishing works, and the remaining procurement orders to bring the project to a clean close on a fast-moving program.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience with fast-track fit-outs and hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certification. This is a 3-month contract with an immediate start on site.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in fast-track fit-out projects.
• Strong on-site leadership and coordination.
• Experience closing out fit-out works and final procurement orders.

Responsibilities

• Close out a spa fit-out including final finishing works.
• Manage remaining procurement orders to bring project to close.
• Oversee final trades on site and drive completion on a short program.

Job description

I'm currently working a key client of mine, in assisting them with recruiting of a Site Manager, to oversee a 400k spa fit out on a project based in South London.

You will responsible for closing out a spa fit out, including final finishing works and remaining procurement order. You will be taking the project through to completion, managing the final trades on site, and handle the last procurement orders to bring it to a clean close.

The ideal candidate must have experience in fast track fit out and must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid cert. This is a 3 month role starting asap.
