• Direct experience with remediation in live/occupied buildings.
• Experience in façade remediation, cladding or fire-safety works.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors, schedules and safety.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead façade remediation, cladding replacement and fire-safety works.
• Coordinate subcontractors and the wider site-delivery team.
• Deliver works safely with residents in situ.
• Maintain clear communication with residents and stakeholders.
• Manage RAMS, health and safety, programmes and site progress.
• Keep golden-thread records and accurate project documentation.
• Oversee QA inspections, sign-off and handover paperwork.
• Coordinate FRA/FRAEW compliance and liaise with regulators.
• Ensure all works meet quality, regulatory and building-safety standards.
