Site Manager - Façade Remediation - Leeds City Centre

Location: Leeds City Centre

Job Type:Permanent

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a façade remediation project on an existing office block in Leeds City Centre.

Working with an established main contractor, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations, overseeing subcontractors and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the day-to-day running of the site.
• Overseeing façade remediation works and specialist subcontractors.
• Coordinating deliveries, access and logistics within a busy city centre location.
• Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed.
• Monitoring progress against programme and reporting to senior management.
• Maintaining quality standards throughout the project.
• Attending site meetings and liaising with the wider project team.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Site Manager on façade remediation or cladding replacement projects.
• Strong understanding of external envelope works.
• Experience managing projects within restricted or busy locations.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
• Good organisational and communication skills.Ability to manage subcontractors and drive the programme forward.
