Recco is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a cladding and building safety remediation project in London. You will manage site operations, ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery while coordinating with clients and stakeholders.

The role requires proven senior site management experience, solid knowledge of building safety regulations, and strong leadership; SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid are essential qualifications. Permanent role with attractive package in Aldgate area.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on cladding, façade, or building safety remediation projects.
• Strong knowledge of current building safety regulations and compliance.
• Experience working on occupied residential schemes is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid qualified.
• Stable career history with main contractors or reputable specialists.

The Role

Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead the delivery of a cladding and building safety remediation project in Central / East London

The successful candidate will take full responsibility for managing site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
