Job summary

Premises Recruitment Ltd client is seeking a Senior Site Manager (Facade / Cladding) for a recladding project on a freelance/contract basis. You will lead day-to-day operations as No.1 on site, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, budget control and high quality standards.

Responsibilities include leading daily briefings, H&S walkarounds, drawing reviews, QA, updating the programme with MS Project, managing subcontractors, and attending client meetings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading facade/cladding projects on site.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety on site.
• Experience with JCT contracts and amendments.

Senior Site Manager - Facade / Cladding

The Company

My client operate with a dual capability, acting as both a Principal Contractor and a Specialist Subcontractor, allowing them to manage complex projects from design through to completion.

The Role - Senior Site Manager (Recladding project)

*Freelance/Contract, minimum of 12 months*

My client are looking for a confident No1 on site.

You will lead day to day operations on site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Acting as the primary on site representative for the Principal Contractor, this role focuses on facade installation, building remediation, health and safety compliance, and subcontractor management.
