The Eric Wright Group is seeking a Site Manager to lead on-site construction projects, from startup through completion, ensuring safety, quality and programme delivery. You will manage on-site teams and coordinate activities to meet client expectations across multiple schemes.

You will report to the Operations Manager and drive collaboration with design teams and external authorities, maintaining high standards of quality, safety and environmental compliance while managing interfaces with third

Qualifications

• Experience as Site Manager on complex building projects.
• Strong safety, quality and cost control focus.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety standards on site and develop safety culture.
• Manage and develop site staff and ensure competency.
• Coordinate all site activities and monitor programmes.
• Provide progress reports for internal and external reporting.
• Interface with public and external authorities.
• Coordinate with design team for approvals and progress.
• Identify and manage third party involvement.
• Close out safety, quality and environmental issues.
• Ensure method statements and risk assessments are in place.
• Attend and chair meetings.
