We have a rare and exciting opportunity for a Site Managerto join our construction team delivering new projects that are due on site. There are a number of schemes already on site ranging from £5m to £45m along with a strong pipeline, which is underpinned by our exceptional construction team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsibile for safety, quality, cost control and delivery on programme to client’s satisfaction. You will work as a team ensuring all project deliverables are achieved safely, with exceptional quality, on programme and to budget.
Aligned to our ethos and values, you will have experience of working as a Site Manager able to manage a site from start up until completion , The ideal candidate would either have a trade, engineering or university background. You will have excellent technical expertise in the construction of complex building types as well as knowledge of construction procedures. It goes without saying that you will be methodical, accurate with excellent attention to detail; you will be an accomplished communicator who has a track record of building relationships with ease. You will thrive in a busy and professional environment and enjoy motivating, influencing and developing your team.
