Job summary

Kier Group in Plymouth, Devon is seeking a Site Manager to join our Construction team. You will manage site resources, deliver projects safely and on time, and uphold the highest quality standards across regional schemes in education, health, defence and aviation sectors.

You will lead operational staff, coordinate with customers, contractors and suppliers, and ensure compliance with contractual terms while maintaining strong client relationships and a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• CSCS card and SMSTS qualification.
• Demonstrable experience leading operational construction projects.
• Professionally qualified or working towards membership of a Professional Body.
• Proven experience in a site management role.
• Excellent communicator with strong organisational skills and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Implement health, safety and environmental policies across the site.
• Lead, manage and motivate operational staff to support project success.
• Manage relationships with customers, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout construction to completion.
• Implement project plans and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
