Qualifications

• CSCS card and SMSTS certification are required.
• Demonstrable site management experience.
• Professional qualification or working towards membership of a professional body.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence at all levels.
• High levels of organisation and focus on customer and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Implement health, safety and environmental policies on site.
• Lead, manage and motivate operational staff to achieve their full potential.
• Manage communications and relationships with customers, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through to project completion.
• Implement operational project plans and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
