Job summary

Kier Group is seeking a Site Manager for our Construction team based in Plymouth, Devon. You will manage safety, quality and timeliness across South West projects, spanning education, health, defence and aviation sectors.

Key duties include leading operations, maintaining customer and supplier relationships, and delivering projects to contractual standards while promoting safety and high quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• CSCS card and SMSTS qualification required.
• Experience leading operational construction projects.
• Professional body membership or working towards one.
• Excellent communication, strong organisational skills, and focus on client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Implement health, safety and environmental policies across site.
• Lead, manage and motivate operational staff to contribute to project success.
• Manage relationships with customers, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout construction to completion.
• Implement project plans and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
