Job summary

THG Omega in Warrington is hiring a Site Manager to lead the large‑scale powder blending and packaging facility. You will drive safety, quality, cost, and throughput while shaping the automation and continuous improvement roadmap across a 24/5 shift pattern.

You will balance day‑to‑day delivery with medium‑term improvements, build strong leadership across Production, Warehouse, and Engineering, and ensure compliance with GMP and internal standards.

Qualifications

• Significant manufacturing leadership experience at a large, complex site.
• Strong background in regulated manufacturing (GMP, BRCGS, or similar).
• Proven ability to lead multi‑functional teams and deliver performance at scale.
• Experience driving continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
• Excellent organisational, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Influential leadership with high engagement across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead site operations across powder blending and packaging to deliver production plans safely and at scale.
• Own site performance across safety, quality, cost, delivery, and people metrics.
• Maintain visible leadership across all shifts and functions; ensure cross‑functional coordination.
• Drive safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; sustain audit readiness.
• Partner with Engineering/Technical teams to improve asset performance and drive OEE.
• Lead automation progression and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and waste reduction.
• Develop leadership across Production, Warehouse and Engineering; enable succession planning.
• Provide clear reporting on site performance to senior leadership and stakeholders.
