Job summary

THG Omega in Warrington is seeking a Site Manager to lead a large-scale manufacturing operation specialising in powder blending and multi-format packaging. You will oversee safety, quality, cost and delivery, driving performance across shifts and ensuring coordination between production, warehouse and engineering.

Responsibilities

Site Leadership & Operational Delivery: Lead all aspects of site operations across powder blending and packaging to deliver production plans safely, efficiently, and at scale, with strong KPI management across safety, quality, cost, delivery, and people.
Health, Safety & Compliance: Lead H&S activities, ensuring a safe working environment, GMP compliance, audit readiness, and proactive safety culture.
Quality & Technical Alignment: Partner with Technical Manager to ensure products meet standards, maintain robust quality systems, and drive CAPA and waste reduction.
People Leadership & Development: Build and develop a multi-layer leadership structure across Production, Warehouse, and Engineering, setting clear expectations and fostering high performance.
Engineering & Asset Performance: Collaborate with Engineering to keep assets reliable, manage preventive maintenance, and drive asset care and improvements.
