Job summary

Omega invites applications for a Senior Site Engineering Manager role at our Bedfordshire site. You will lead maintenance, reliability, projects, and capital investments, directing a team to improve OEE and drive World Class Manufacturing practices on a 24/7 FMCG site.

You will set engineering strategy, manage multi-million-pound budgets, develop people, and deliver engineering change across the site, working with senior leaders to sustain world-class performance.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead engineering teams in a 24/7 FMCG manufacturing environment.
• Experience delivering major engineering change and TPM/lean initiatives.
• Track record of managing multi-million-pound budgets and large projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and maintenance activities to improve line performance.
• Set site engineering strategy and drive capital projects.
• Develop autonomous maintenance programmes and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage resources and headcount to maximise performance and capability.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to sustain world-class engineering standards.
