Wates Group is seeking a Site Manager to deliver ancillary buildings on the HMP Welland Oaks project. You will take responsibility for specific work packages, ensuring safe, efficient and high‑quality delivery on site, while collaborating with the wider project team.

You will coordinate subcontractors, drive programme momentum, uphold health and safety and quality standards, and help foster a high‑performing site culture.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction.
• Experience managing packages or workstreams on medium to large projects.
• Strong understanding of site management, health & safety and quality standards.
• Ability to coordinate multiple trades and maintain programme momentum.
• Proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach.

Responsabilidades

• Managing day-to-day site operations for designated work areas or packages.
• Coordinating subcontractors and trades to meet programme and quality requirements.
• Ensuring health, safety and environmental standards are consistently met and promoted.
• Monitoring quality of works and ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Supporting programme delivery, identifying risks and resolving issues proactively.
• Maintaining clear communication with the project team and stakeholders.
• Contributing to a positive, collaborative and high-performing site culture.
