Job summary

Wates Property Services is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee planned maintenance works on high rise social housing projects with a home office based in Leamington Spa. You will lead subcontractors and site teams, ensuring safety, quality and programme delivery while maintaining strong relationships with residents and clients.

Essential experience includes HRB projects, team leadership, and a solid health & safety track record, with a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

Experience working on HRBs (high rise buildings).
Proven experience managing site-based teams, subcontractors and multiple workstreams.
Strong understanding of health & safety, compliance and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

Manage subcontractors, direct labour and site teams to deliver works on schedule.
Plan and coordinate daily site operations across HRB projects.
Monitor programme, quality and health & safety performance on site.
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with procedures.
Build strong relationships with residents, clients and internal stakeholders.
Manage site logistics, materials and resources efficiently.
Produce progress reports and programme updates for stakeholders.
