A specialist high-end residential contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee two prestigious refurbishment projects in Marylebone.
The business delivers detailed residential refurbishment and renovation schemes across prime London locations, with a strong focus on quality, programme management and high-end finishes.
The successful Site Manager will be responsible for managing two mews house refurbishments, each with a construction value of approximately £650,000.
Both projects will involve a full strip-out and refurbishment, including new floors and roof works. One property is also expected to include a new roof extension.
As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the site, coordinating subcontractors, managing health and safety, monitoring programme and ensuring works are delivered to the required quality standards.
The Site Manager will also liaise closely with the project team, consultants and subcontractors to resolve site issues and maintain progress throughout the build.
