Job summary

Brandon James Limited is seeking an experienced Site Manager in London to oversee two premier residential refurbishments in Marylebone. The role covers day-to-day site management, safety compliance and coordination of subcontractors to deliver high-end finishes.

Each project is ~£650,000 in value with a potential roof extension on one property. The contract is 6–8 months, with London-focused responsibilities and close collaboration with the project team.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-end residential refurbishment projects in London.
• SMSTS, First Aid at Work and CSCS card are required.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage two mews refurbishments with day-to-day site operations.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site logistics to meet programme.
• Ensure high-quality finishes and compliance with safety standards.
• Monitor progress, inspections and reporting to the project team.
• Liaise with consultants and design teams to resolve site issues.
• Maintain accurate records of works and progress against plan.
