Job summary

Bimplus in London is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the refurbishment and delivery of a private luxury residence for a prime residential project. You will manage all day‑to‑day site activities, coordinate subcontractors and site teams, and maintain programme, quality and health and safety standards.

The role requires proven site management experience in prime residential refurbishment, delivery of luxury apartments or bespoke private residences, and qualifications such as SMSTS,

I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established prime residential main contractor for an experienced Site Manager to lead the refurbishment and delivery of a private residence.

Our client specialises in high end residential refurbishment and fit out projects across Prime Central London, delivering bespoke schemes with contract values between £1m and £15m.
