Job description

The successful Site Manager will oversee projects such as External Wall Insulation (EWI), loft insulation, concrete repairs, window and door replacements, boiler replacements, and more. Experience managing packages like EWI is desirable.

To be considered for this role, candidates must hold valid SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, and Asbestos Awareness certificates. A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle are also required.

This position is initially freelance with the potential to become permanent next year. The client has 140 properties scheduled for work by April 2024, with an additional 160 properties in the following tax year.

The role offers £28.50 per hour CIS, with mileage covered at 45p per mile between properties.
