O'Neill and Brennan are looking for a Main Contracting Site Manager based for a Project near Soho, London.

The project is a Mixed-Use building split between Residential units, Commercial spaces , Healthcare section.

We are looking for a Site Manager to main look after the Healthcare basement and commercial space ground floor on a Freelance or Fixed Term Contract basis.

Freelance - 300-310 Per Day CIS

Fixed Term Contract - 65,000 + Package

The manager needs -

• Close attention to detail
• Ability to get the trades to work to a system and bond a good team
• Look after all the internal and Fit out work.
• Main Contracting background 3-5 year.
