Site Manager

A Site Manager is needed in an All-Girls Secondary School & Sixth Form in South West London.

This full-time (36 hours/week) temporary position may require working on Saturdays occasionally, with regular workdays from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Maintenance of the buildings
2. Carrying out repairs
3. Providing general security
4. Day-to-day cleaning
5. Carrying out safety checks
6. Working with contractors

Ideal candidates will have:

• Relevant Health & Safety qualifications/training
• Previous experience in building maintenance, preferably in UK schools
• A proactive attitude towards regulations
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Basic ICT skills and DIY ability
• An adaptable, friendly, and professional demeanor
• Effective communication skills
• Upholding the school's ethos

The pay rate ranges from £130 to £180 per day, depending on qualifications and experience.

Requirements

Applicants may be British-trained or overseas-trained Site Managers. All must have:

• Right to work in the UK
• Up-to-date DBS check
• UK-accredited Health & Safety qualifications/training
• Experience as a Site Assistant or Site Manager in UK schools
