Job Description:

Our client, a top Regional Contractor, is seeking a Site Manager for the construction of a Station Entrance in South London. The scope includes constructing the Entrance and associated M&E works.

Daily responsibilities include overseeing contractors on site, managing temporary works design and implementation, ensuring health & safety compliance, and preparing daily reports. Additionally, RAMs (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) must be undertaken.

Candidates must possess SMSTS, First Aid, and Temporary Works Supervisor/Coordinator certifications, with experience in station upgrade works within a main contracting environment.

This position offers an excellent day rate paid under CIS and an immediate start for the suitable candidate.
