Summary: We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the installation of modular bays and external works, including fire protection, on a large multi-storey NHS Diagnostic Centre project in Talbot Green (CF72). The role will commence on 17th August and run for approximately six months during the first phase of the project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring the safe, timely, and quality delivery of the modular installation and external packages. This position requires strong leadership and coordination skills to manage subcontractors, site logistics, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Previous experience working on modular construction projects is essential. The role offers a competitive daily rate of £280 - £320 paid via CIS.
