Job summary

RTL Group Ltd's client, a national civil engineering contractor, seeks a Site Manager to deliver a water infrastructure scheme in Swaffham with an immediate start. You will lead on-site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and report progress to the Project Manager, ensuring works stay on programme and to specification.

You will manage RAMS and permits, liaise with clients and stakeholders, and maintain site records while upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• CSCS Black/Gold is required.
• SMSTS certification essential.
• Experience managing water treatment or water infrastructure schemes.
• Strong civil engineering background required.
• IT literate with ability to read RAMS and site documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead toolbox talks and coordinate day-to-day on-site activities.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to report progress and resolve issues.
• Ensure health and safety compliance on all works.
• Order materials and manage site logistics.
• Oversee subcontractors and site teams to meet programme.
• Ensure works are delivered on programme and to specification.
• Manage site documentation including RAMS, permits, and records.
• Support the Project Manager with programme delivery and client reporting.
