Search Consultancy Ltd in the Barnsley area is seeking a Site Manager to oversee a government refurbishment project starting around 09/11/26 for 8-10 weeks. You will manage subcontractors, coordinate trades and ensure site compliance on internal and external works.

The role requires proven refurbishment experience, a full set of tickets (SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, First Aid, Fire Marshall, Asbestos Awareness, Scaffold Inspection, PASMA, IPAF, Working at Heights, Manual Handling).

Qualifications

• Refurbishment experience on internal and external works.
• Experience managing subcontractors on site.
• Strong focus on health and safety compliance.

Site Manager required for an approx. 09/11/26 start in Barnsley/S70 - 8-10 weeks work.

Scope of works is refurbishment of a government building in the area and will involve internal and external refurbishments.

You will be working for the main contractor on the project, managing subcontractors and looking after compliance/health & safety.

Applicants should have refurbishment experience on both internals and externals.

You will also need ALL of the following tickets:
