Job summary

Search Consultancy Ltd is seeking a Site Manager for a mid-late November start on a refurbishment of a student accommodation in Newington Green, London N1. You will report to the main contractor, manage subcontractors, and oversee compliance and health & safety on a multi-phase project spanning about 50 weeks.

The role requires proven main contractor experience in large-scale refurbishments (internal and external works), SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Fire Marshall and Asbestos Awareness.

Qualifications

• Proven track record on large-scale works with full site responsibilities.

Job description

Site Manager required a mid-late November start in Newington Green, London/N1 - this will be an approx. 50 week programme. Scope of works is full refurbishment of a student accommodation building in the area, including both internals and externals (cladding remediation.) You will be working for the main contractor on the project, managing subcontractors and looking after compliance/health & safety.

Applicants must have main contractor experience running large-scale/full refurbishment projects (internals and externals.)
