Job summary

Search Consultancy Ltd is seeking a Site Manager for a 8–10 week refurbishment project in Leicester (LE1). You’ll manage subcontractors, ensure health & safety compliance and maintain programme control on a government building refurbishment, with day-rate CIS payments.

Applicants should hold necessary tickets (SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, First Aid, Fire Marshall, Asbestos Awareness, Scaffold Inspection, PASMA, IPAF, Working at Heights, Manual Handling) and have proven refurbishment experience on

Qualifications

• Must have valid site safety tickets and refurb experience on internal and external works.
• Experience managing subcontractors, programme and compliance on live sites.
• Able to read drawings, raise RAMS and ensure site safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractors on a refurbishment project (internal and external).
• Ensure compliance and health & safety on site.
• Coordinate works to programme and quality requirements.
• Report progress to main contractor and site team.

Job description

Site Manager required for an approx. 09/10/26 start in Leicester/LE1 - 8-10 weeks work.

Scope of works is refurbishment of a government building in the area and will involve internal and external refurbishments.

You will be working for the main contractor on the project, managing subcontractors and looking after compliance/health & safety.

Applicants should have refurbishment experience on both internals and externals.
