Search Consultancy Ltd is seeking a Site Manager for a Birmingham-based refurbishment project (09/11/26 start). You will oversee internal and external works, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure compliance/Health & Safety on site. CIS day rate applies.

Experience in refurbishment and holding required tickets is essential to secure this contract through the main contractor.

Site Manager required for an approx. 09/11/26 start in Birmingham/B1 - 8-10 weeks work.

Scope of works is refurbishment of a government building in the area and will involve internal and external refurbishments.

You will be working for the main contractor on the project, managing subcontractors and looking after compliance/health & safety.

Applicants should have refurbishment experience on both internals and externals.

You will also need ALL of the following tickets:

• CSCS Black Card
• First Aid
• Fire Marshall
• Asbestos Awareness
• Scaffold Inspection/Awareness
• PASMA
• IPAF
• Working at Heights
• Manual Handling
