Job summary

Tec-Source seeks an experienced Site Manager for a £10M Edinburgh project. The role requires proven leadership of large sites, strong safety credentials, and a hands-on approach to delivery.

Ideal candidates hold SMSTS, CSCS, PASMA, and asbestos awareness certifications, and are capable of coordinating multiple trades while maintaining programme controls. Immediate start through April 2027 is expected.

Qualifications

• SMSTS (CITB, 5 day) certification.
• First Aid trained on site.
• Fire Marshal responsibilities on active sites.
• PASMA (Combi/Managers) qualification.
• CSCS card held for site access.
• Asbestos Awareness (UKATA Approved).
• Working at height competency.
• Manual Handling awareness.
• HAVS awareness and precautions.
• Scaffold inspection course (BOHSA).
• Spill Kit training and on-site response.
• Proven experience leading a large project.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site management for a £10M Edinburgh project.
• Coordinate subcontractors, safety, and schedule adherence.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
