Job summary

Search Consultancy Ltd is seeking a Site Manager for an 8-week refurbishment project in Northampton/NN1, starting around 09/11/26. You will manage subcontractors for a government building refurbishment and ensure strict health & safety compliance on site.

The role requires refurbishing experience on internal and external works and possession of essential tickets. Day-rate CIS applies and the project runs for approximately eight weeks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site activities and manage subcontractors.

Job description

Site Manager required for an approx. 09/11/26 start in Northampton/NN1 - 8 week's work.

Scope of works is refurbishment of a government building in the area - this will be the second phase of an ongoing project and will involve internal refurbishments.

You will be working for the main contractor on the project, managing subcontractors and looking after compliance/health & safety.

Applicants should have refurbishment experience on both internals and externals.
