Bimplus is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a prestigious high-end residential swimming pool project in Sevenoaks, Kent, starting in September. You’ll coordinate subcontractors, manage trades, and uphold strict health and safety standards to keep the programme on track.

This 30-week contract offers the potential for ongoing work for the right person, with a focus on delivering exceptional quality and strong client-facing communication.

Qualifications

Proven site management on residential or specialist projects.
Experience in high-end residential construction.
Excellent subcontractor and trade management.
Strong attention to detail and proactive organisation.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
SMSTS certification.
First Aid certification.
CSCS card possession.

Responsibilities

Lead site team and coordinate subcontractors and trades.
Maintain high standards of health & safety on site.
Ensure project stays on programme and is delivered to a high standard.
