Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a leading main contractor on a long-term residential housing project in London. The role concentrates on internal works and finishing packages with strong coordination of subcontractors and site teams.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background with a main contractor, a strong residential/housing focus, and valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications.

• Proven experience as Site Manager with a main contractor.

• Experience managing internal works and finishing packages.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal works and finishing packages across the development.
• Coordinate subcontractors and trades to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.
• Monitor quality, progress and productivity across the site.
• Carry out regular inspections and ensure works are completed in line with drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with the wider site management and construction team.
• Manage snagging and ensure outstanding works are closed out efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of health & safety and site organisation.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to resolve any issues.
