Job summary

Thomas Gray Ltd is seeking an experienced on-site contractor for a 6-month freelance/contract role in Falmouth. The successful candidate will manage and coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress against the construction programme, and uphold health and safety standards on site.

You will ensure works meet quality and specification, identify and resolve issues promptly, and work closely with the wider project team to deliver a successful project. Immediate availability preferred.
