Job summary

Ganymede Solutions Limited in the United Kingdom is recruiting an experienced Site Manager to lead a £2.5m industrial unit project in Rotherham. The role covers day-to-day site delivery, supervising up to 15 skilled trade operatives and coordinating labour, materials, plant and subcontractors.

You will chair site meetings with the client and contractors, maintain high health and safety standards, keep programme on track and produce regular progress reports.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in site management.
• Strong background in industrial fit out projects.
• Experience coordinating labour, materials and subcontractors.
• SMSTS, CSCS Card, First Aid and NEBOSH required.

Are you an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in industrial fit out projects? This is an opportunity to take control of a £2.5m industrial unit project in Rotherham, involving the installation of racking systems, mezzanine floors and a new office.

My client is looking to appoint a Site Manager for a 16 week contract, managing the day-to-day delivery of the project and overseeing up to 15 skilled trade operatives at any one time. You will work closely with the client, contractors and project stakeholders to ensure the programme is delivered safely, efficiently and on target.
