Job summary

Ganymede Solutions is seeking an experienced Site Manager to take control of a £2.5m industrial unit project in Rotherham. The role oversees up to 15 skilled trade operatives, coordinating labour, materials and subcontractors to deliver on programme while ensuring safety and quality on site.

The position is a 16‑week contract starting in August, with a competitive day rate (£280–£300) outside IR35 and flexible payment options.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in site management.
• Strong background in industrial fit out projects.
• Experience installing racking systems and mezzanine floors.
• Ability to manage works within a live environment.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• SMSTS, CSCS Card, First Aid and NEBOSH.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

My client is looking to appoint a Site Manager for a 16‑week contract, managing the day‑to‑day delivery of the project and overseeing up to 15 skilled trade operatives at any one time. You will work closely with the client, contractors and project stakeholders to ensure the programme is delivered safely, efficiently and on target.
