Job summary

Linsco Recruitment requires a Site Manager in Norwich to oversee fire stopping works on a completed hospital building. The role involves managing day-to-day site operations and supervising subcontractors, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality are met on a busy healthcare site.

You will coordinate trades, maintain records, and report progress to the Project Manager. Immediate start available with full PPE and strong safety expectations on a live construction site.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS card (Black or White) is essential.
• Valid First Aid certificate is essential.
• Valid SMSTS certificate is essential.
• Proven experience as a Site Manager on busy construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of construction health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and multiple trades effectively.
• Full PPE provided and required.
• Immediate start available.
