Job summary

PW Construction Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a busy commercial fit-out project in Central London. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate trades, uphold Health & Safety, and ensure works meet programme and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid CSCS card and SMSTS, with proven site management experience on similar projects, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS Card essential.
• SMSTS essential.
• Temporary Works essential.
• Fire Warden essential.
• Asbestos Awareness essential.
• Proven experience working as a Site Manager on commercial fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety procedures and compliance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage trades, subcontractors and site activities effectively.

Responsibilities
