Job summary

Optio Resourcing is seeking a Site Manager to lead retail fit-out projects across the North East. You will run on-site works from start to finish, coordinate trades and deliveries, and act as the main contact for clients and store teams.

The role requires a site management background in retail construction, SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work, plus a full UK driving licence and mobility across the North East. Permanent or contract position with a competitive daily rate.

• SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold/White), First Aid at Work required.
• Confident managing multiple trades and fast-paced programmes.
• Full UK driving licence, mobile across the North East.
