Job summary

Optio Resourcing is working with a leading retail fit-out contractor to appoint an experienced Site Manager to run live retail construction projects across Scotland. You will oversee subcontractors, manage programmes, and liaise with client stakeholders to ensure works are delivered on time, on budget, and to brand specifications, including out-of-hours works when required.

SMSTS and CSCS are essential, a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Scotland are required.

Qualifications

• Proven site management experience within retail construction/fit-out
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work are essential
• Strong programme and subcontractor management skills
• Full UK driving licence, willing to travel across Scotland

• Managing out-of-hours/live trading environment works where required
