Job summary

The role requires a Black CSCS card, SMSTS, and First Aid, with prior experience in fast-track retail fit-out projects. On-site supervision and safety compliance are critical to ensure timely completion.

Qualifications

• CSCS Black card is required.
• SMSTS qualification required.
• First Aid at Work training is expected.
• Experience as a site manager in retail projects is essential.
• Experience with fast-track retail fit-out projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager on a live Tesco refurbishment project in Norwich. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing delivery of construction work, managing trades staff, overseeing paperwork and providing detailed reports on work carried out and has completed Tesco training.
