Job summary

Futurebuild Recruitment is seeking a Site Manager for a major cladding remediation project in Manchester. You will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety, programme, and quality requirements are met on a high-rise residential block.

The project has a value of around £9m, starts in October, and runs for about 90 weeks. SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are essential, with experience on occupied buildings considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering cladding remediation, façade or external refurbishment projects, ideally on high-rise residential buildings.

Site Manager - Cladding Remediation

Manchester

£55,000 - £65,000 + Package

We are working with an established main contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager for a major cladding remediation scheme in Manchester.

The project involves the full cladding remediation of a high-rise private apartment block, valued at approximately £9m. The scheme is due to commence in October and has a programme of around 90 weeks, offering excellent project longevity.

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, overseeing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with the Contracts Manager and wider project team throughout the scheme.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience delivering cladding remediation, façade or external refurbishment projects, ideally on high-rise residential buildings. Experience working on occupied buildings would also be beneficial.

Applicants should hold a valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
