Job summary

3sixty Resourcing Ltd is seeking a Façade Site Supervisor to oversee a fire remediation cladding project in Warrington. You will manage on-site works, QA/QC, and subcontractors while ensuring safety and programme adherence.

The candidate must have façade building envelope knowledge, proven site supervision experience, CSCS, and SSSTS/SMSTS certification to drive the project to completion.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of façade/building envelope systems.
• Experience with fire remediation projects.
• Previous site supervisor/manager experience on similar works.
• Solid façade quality control experience including inspections and QA/QC.
• CSCS card is essential.
• SSTS/SMSTS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation of the fire remediation cladding package on site.
• Plan resources and activities to ensure project success and on-time delivery.
• Manage health and safety, QA/QC processes, and progress on façade packages.
• Control and monitor day-to-day works for subcontractors.
• Supervise scaffolding operations and ensure timely notices/communication to subs.
• Produce QA reports with photographic evidence and corrective actions.
• Monitor progression against programme and attend progress meetings.
• Ensure client quality standards are respected and hold handovers of completed areas.

Up to £55,000 P.A (DOE)

Full Time, permanent

Our client is a leading Principle contractor in the UK that work on Design and Build contracts, specialising in full external envelope packages. They have vast experience in Fire remediation and new build projects including Curtain Walling, Windows and Doors, Roofing systems, specialised Renders, Rainscreen cladding and Steel Framing Systems.

As Facade Site Supervisor you will have the full responsibility of overseeing an ongoing cladding project in Warrington across. You will have specific facade quality control experience, including inspecting works and completing inspections, alongside a strong facade site supervision background monitoring works, progress, and managing subcontract bricklayers and cladders.

What's involved for the Façade Site Supervisor

• Managing the installation of fire remediation cladding project.
• Planning resources and activities to ensure the success of the project.
• Managing H&S, QA/QC process and progress on façade packages
• Control and monitor day works for subcontractors.
• Supervising the striking of scaffolding.
• Producing QA reports supported by photographic evidence with corrective action if needed.
• Issue correct notices and relevant contractual correspondence to sub-contractors at the appropriate time.
• Overseeing project from concept through to completion
• Problem-solving, and managing the workforce.
• Complete stock control & requisition of all aspects of materials.
• Ensure clients' quality standard is respected and hand over completed areas.
• Monitor works progression and ensure the programme is met.
• Participate in progress meetings.
• Monitor compliance with all safety guidelines and policies.
• Establish and implement work schedules, adjusting them to meet project deadlines.
